• Access consignment opportunities with ezAuctioning

6. eBay API Integration

Our app integrates with eBay API to provide market analysis. By using our app, you acknowledge that:

• eBay API terms and conditions apply to the data accessed through our app
• We are not responsible for eBay API availability or data accuracy
• eBay may change their API terms or availability without notice
• We may need to modify our service if eBay changes their API policies

6.2 Data Sharing

When you use our valuation service, item descriptions and photos are sent to eBay API for analysis. No personal information is shared with eBay.

7. Reports and Documentation

7.1 Report Generation

• You may email or download reports for your personal use
• Reports should not be considered as professional appraisals

7.2 Report Usage

Reports generated by our app are intended for personal use and organization. They should not be used as official documentation for insurance, legal, or financial purposes without independent verification.

8. Consignment Opportunities

Our app may provide information about consignment opportunities with ezAuctioning. These opportunities are separate services and are subject to their own terms and conditions. We do not guarantee the availability or terms of any consignment services.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Ezauctioning and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App content without our express written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the App, but grant us a license to use it for providing our services.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Ezauctioning be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the App.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ezauctioning operates.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or sending notifications.

Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ezauctioning regarding the use of the App.
